In Islam, volunteering is considered a highly valuable form of charity (sadaqah) and worship (ibadah), offering a powerful way to earn ajar (divine reward) from Allah. Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasized that the best people are those who are most beneficial to others.
As you know, to continue our programs and services it takes a great amount of organization, commitment and financial contribution. To support the services of ICC, we encourage our community to help out in any way they are capable. All volunteer activities are unpaid, with the potential of extending into a paid position at the ICC later. Community Service hours will be awarded based on participation. Flexible hours are available depending on the position. Opportunities are available for all ages.
